Exchanges and Returns Policy

At offerheyshops, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges and returns under the following conditions.

Eligibility

• Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be included

How to Request

Please contact our customer support team to initiate an exchange or return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Exchanges

After we receive and inspect the returned item, the replacement item will be shipped within 3 business days, subject to availability.

Returns & Refunds

• Returned items are inspected upon arrival
• Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
